CTRF (Central Texas Renaissance Festival) has now joined the ranks of Dead Faire's. Two seasons of trying to get it off the ground failed so it has been abandoned. It is a great example of not having enough money to get the things done that need doing plus the site was very remote and super primitive. I did have a lot of fun there but this is the second location of the Excalibur fantasy Faire and the momentum was lost when that owner panicked a took off leaving everyone holding the bag. Had he stayed wee all knew that weather was what killed us we would have stood beside him. Oh Well! Namaste - Moon)Dawg
